Families are invited to come to watch and cheer on the children. Points can be earned for the children’s teams for cheering and dancing so please join in with the fun!

ALL children should come to school wearing their PE kits including the coloured t-shirt for their team. We have emailed you a reminder of your colour teams.

Children must have sun cream applied and have a sunhat and a named water bottle.

ALL children should have a packed lunch for the picnic. There will be no school dinners provided on the day. School packed lunches may be ordered in advance for children in Years R to 2 and if you are entitled to Free School Meals. You will receive information about how to order these lunches shortly.

Children must bring their packed lunch into school in the morning (this is so they have lunch should we need to cancel at short notice).
- For both morning and afternoon sessions, the children will start with a circuit of fun sports activities. Families will follow their team as they work around the circuit. Afterwards, more traditional running races will take place. Please see the image below which shows you where each colour team will start their circuit.

The KS1 and KS2 gates will be open at the beginning of the morning and afternoon sessions and over lunch time. At other times, access to the school is through the office.
- Toilets for attending family members are in the Church and can be accessed through the doors leading into the central area between the two Key Stages.

9:15am: Sports Day for Key Stage 2 (Yrs 3-6). Year R and Key Stage 1 children have lessons as normal.

11:50pm (approx.): KS2 sports day will end and the children will return to their classes to be registered. They will collect their packed lunches and come out to meet you. After the picnic, the children return to their classes for the afternoon.

12:00 – 12:35pm: Whole school picnic lunch for children and their families. No alcohol with your picnic please.

12:35pm: All children should return to classes promptly. Year R and Key Stage 1 children should return with sun cream reapplied, wearing hats and with their water bottles.

1:00pm: Sports Day for KS1 (Yrs R-2).

3-3:20pm: Sports Day finishes. Children MUST return to their classes to be registered and to collect their belongings. Please collect them from the classroom doors as normal.

There will be no parking available at the Community Centre or in the school car park.

No smoking, vaping or alcohol on site please.
