Arbor at St Mark’s: A Guide for Parents and Guardians

A reminder that we are changing our payment system from SCOPAY to Arbor for September 2026.

You can access your child’s profile on Arbor in two ways:

  • Using the Parent Portal – a webpage, here. This is the website version you access using a web browser (like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on a computer, laptop, or even your phone’s browser.
  • Using the Parent App. This is the mobile application you download to your smartphone or tablet from your device’s app store. It is available to download from the Google Play Store here and Apple App Store here.  Crucial Note for First-Time Users: You must set up your password and accept the terms of use through the Parent Portal (website) first. You cannot do this through the app.
Moving forward, there will be no other way to pay for school activities or meals. You must make sure your account is ready to go as soon as possible.

🌟 Transition from SCOPAY to Arbor

During the Summer Holidays, all balances will be transferred from SCOPAY into Arbor.  From 1st August 2026, all payments (except payment for the Year 6 residential trip) will move from SCOPAY to Arbor, and you will pay for meals, trips, clubs, wraparound care and other items directly through Arbor.

Please ensure:

  • No payments are made via SCOPAY after 31 July 2026 (except payment for the Year 6 residential)
  • Any outstanding debt is cleared by this date

💳 Payments on Arbor

Arbor offers two main ways to pay for school items:

Meals must be paid for using the Top Up Account. You simply add funds to the account, and meals are deducted automatically.

🎨 Clubs (Teacher/LSA-led Activity Clubs)

For termly activity clubs (e.g Drawing Club):

  • We will continue allocating places manually, as we do now
  • You will give consent and pay for these clubs through Arbor, even though sign-up is not done via the app

🛍 School Shop

The School Shop is where you will find payments for:

  • Class treat contributions
  • Forest School food
  • Special events or themed days
  • Donations (e.g., Capital Funds)

We will email you whenever an item is added and prompt you to access the School Shop.

🎵 Music Tuition

Once lessons have been set up with Hampshire Music Service (HMS), your fee will be loaded into Arbor.

You will be able to pay in full or in instalments

A third of the total fee must still be paid by the second week of each term. Please see your terms and conditions for details.

🚌 Trips

Trips will now be posted on Arbor.  The Year 4 Residential (March 2027) is already set up on Arbor and you may begin making payments now (July 2026).

You will:

  • Sign Up via the Parent Portal/App to give consent
  • Pay in full or in instalments, where offered

Year 6 Residential Trip

Payments for this residential trip will continue to be processed through SCOPAY. The final payment for this trip is due on the 31st August.

🏫 Wraparound Care

At St Mark’s, “Wraparound Care” refers to Breakfast Club and Lions.

Please tell us whether you will be using the Government Tax-Free Childcare Scheme or an Employer Childcare Voucher Scheme to pay. (Please note we can no longer accept these vouchers for teacher/LSA-led afterschool clubs.)

Complete the Google Form herePlease complete this form even if you have already told us your arrangements, as we need to collect additional information.

As you are paying via a Childcare scheme you don’t need to top up the account unless your vouchers will not cover the number of sessions you are booking. When the funds
from the childcare scheme get to Hampshire County Council, they will pay us. At that point, we will credit your account. When you get to the end of the booking process it will allow you to book whether we have applied the payment or not.
