Staff LFD Tests

Each time after completing a test at home:

Step 1 – Submit a result to the school here by 7:30pm on a Monday and Thursday – www.stmarksprimary.net/staffresult

Step 2 – Submit a result to the government page here – www.stmarksprimary.net/govresult

If the result is positive (or a double void), don’t forget to:

• Self-isolate immediately, including your household
• Inform your team lead
• Inform Charles, Nikki and Rebekah using the Teams Covid Channel
• Book a test via the normal route – start here.

 

Opt-in or Opt-out here by 25th Jan, 12pm
