School Charter

All children in the school discussed how we can respect others rights when we are not in our class bases; thinking about when we are moving around school, working in different areas of the school and when we are working or playing outside. We created a whole school charter which is featured below.

Our whole school charter

To respect others rights we:

• Keep our indoor and outdoor environments clean and tidy by looking after equipment and leaving areas as we would like to find them.
• Move sensibly and quietly around school to allow children to learn and to keep ourselves and others safe.
• Treat others as we would like to be treated ourselves; by having kind hands, feet and words and by being polite and friendly.
• Work together, support and look after one another to ensure we are able to learn and feel safe and happy each day at school.
