A few notes from Mr Applegate

  • Well done to our Year 4 pupils who enjoyed their 3 days at Ufton Court residential this week. They were incredible, as was the weather! A special thanks to Mrs Boyle and all of the staff for making it happen.
  • Thank you to FOSM for organising the Easter Egg Hunt tomorrow. Good luck finding the golden eggs!
  • We’re short on farm bookings for the weekend and the Easter holidays – it’s fun and free  – click here
  • Coming up next week – KS2 Choir concert (Monday), Year 3 and 4 Easter Production (Tuesday & Wednesday – ticketed event, nearly sold out), Year R and 6 Buddy Easter Event (Thursday) and INSET DAY (Friday).
  • Music Lessons – No Piano, Brass, Woodwind or String lessons next week. Guitar lessons are going ahead on Thursday.
  • Finally, thank you for your donations today towards Red Nose Day.

Agents of Change Home Challenges

 Easter Egg Box Competition Winners! 🐣

Wow!  What incredible Easter Egg box creations entered into our Easter competition this year!!  We were all very impressed, and our judges certainly had a difficult job choosing a winner from each year group. 
 
We will be displaying the boxes in the small hall at Saturday’s Easter Egg Hunt where you can see them all and take your egg home!
Our winners will be able to collect their prizes on Saturday. (Prizes for those not attending will be sent home next week).

Our target over the year is 97%. Last year’s attendance was 95.8% – above national levels, but we’d like it to be much higher.
