Arbor – New Payment System for September

A reminder that we are preparing to change our payment and school dinner ordering system from SCOPAY to Arbor for September 2026.

There are many benefits to using Arbor that we are looking forward to sharing with you for example using Apple or Google Pay for quick, convenient payments, ordering your child’s school dinner, paying for clubs and trips, adjusting contact details and more. As we already use Arbor, you can start preparing for the change now.

You can access your child’s profile on Arbor in two ways:

• Using the Parent Portal – a webpage, here. This is the website version you access using a web browser (like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on a computer, laptop, or even your phone’s browser.
• Using the Parent App. This is the mobile application you download to your smartphone or tablet from your device’s app store. It is available to download from the Google Play Store here and Apple App Store here.

Crucial Note for First-Time Users: You must set up your password and accept the terms of use through the Parent Portal (website) first. You cannot do this through the app.
