Half term update & important Windmill Hill info!

Project Outcome

Thank you so much to everyone who attended our Project Outcome last week. We apologise that it couldn’t take place in the main hall as advertised – a slight flooring issue in there meant it was out of action! Nevertheless, it was a great success and we hope you enjoyed seeing the range of amazing work that the children have produced for this topic. We are so proud of how hard they have worked in their first half term of Year 6, especially with their passion towards reducing deforestation.

Parents’ Evening

Thank you also to all the parents who attended our parents’ evenings. It was great to properly meet you all! If you missed it, we are more than happy to arrange a meeting after school one day. Please don’t wait until the next lot to ask us any questions…our doors are always open!

Windmill Hill

Eeeeek! Only 4 sleeps children!

Arrangements for Monday morning:

  • Enter through 6P’s classroom door if your child has no medication for you to hand in.
  • Enter through the main Year 6 door if you have medication to hand in. Be prepared to wait in a small queue for this while Mrs Silvester and Mrs Boyle check medication against medical forms and confirm frequency/dosage etc.
  • Hand in £5 pocket money to Mrs Bayat and Mrs Lethaby in a small purse/wallet
  • Leave suitcases/bedding/coat/packed lunch in 6C on the correct side of the classroom – Activity Groups 1-4 are on Coach A and need to use the left side; Activity Groups 5-8 are on Coach B and need to use the right side.
  • Say goodbye to your children!
  • Children to sit in 6S

Throughout the week, we will be posting daily updates on the website so you can see the amazing things your children are getting up to! The password to access these will be emailed out to you before Monday.

Enjoy the rest of your half term holiday!
